FAQ - Park Re-Opening
Q: How is All Star Adventures responding to
COVID-19?
A: The safety of our guests and team members is our top
priority. Prior to reopening our company put together a plan
for reopening based government and amusement industry
recommendations. All Star Adventures will continue to closely
monitor all public health developments as they continue to evolve
and react to continue to maintain a safe environment for all.
Q: When will All Star Adventures
reopen?
A: All Star Adventures will reopen in phases with strict
social distancing on Saturday, June 13th.
Amusement Rides will reopen on Saturday, June 27th Some
entertainment offerings may not be available on these dates.

Q: How will you promote social
distancing?
A: All Star Adventures will operate all attractions with a
strict social distancing for the foreseeable future.
Additional signage promoting social distancing has been placed
throughout the property. Decals and markers have been added
to all attraction and food lines to help guests maintain their
distance while at the park. Dining tables have been removed
so that seating could be spaced a safe distance from one
another. Arcade games have been removed from the floor and
games have been spaced out to allow for social distancing.
Q: Can I wear a facemask at the park?
A: Guests are encouraged to bring and wear a facemask
while at the park to make them feel more comfortable.
Q: What has changed with team
members?
A: Prior to reopening, team members have been trained to
understand the importance of maintaining a safe and healthy
facility for all to enjoy. Team members who are sick are
being told to stay home. All team members will be required to
have their temperature taken prior to being allowed to work.
Each team member will be required to wear a facemask and gloves
while working until further guidance is given.
Q: What will be different for our
guests?
A: All Star Adventures is asking all guests to assist with
proper social distancing. We are asking anyone who does not
feel well to hold off on visiting our park and come back when you
are feeling better. Capacity levels at attractions will be
limited so that we can sanitize equipment after every use.
Q: What other initiatives have you
established?
A: Hand sanitizing stations have been added throughout the
facility. An enhanced cleaning plan based on government and
industry recommendations with specialized products is in place to
sanitize and disinfect high touch points and park equipment.
